Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the purchased program and related materials for a period of one (1) year from your enrollment date unless otherwise stated.

At the conclusion of the access period:

  • Continued access is not guaranteed unless specifically provided as part of a separate offer or renewal option.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

By enrolling in any M. Learning Academy program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • No refunds will be granted due to scheduling conflicts, inability to participate, lack of use, failure to complete the program, or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to apply the material.
  • Access to program materials constitutes fulfillment of the purchase agreement.

4. Termination of Access

M. Learning Academy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms & Conditions.

Violations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Unauthorized sharing of account credentials.
  • Distribution or reproduction of course materials.
  • Intellectual property infringement.
  • Misuse of the platform or disruptive conduct.

Any termination resulting from a violation of these Terms shall occur without refund.

M. Learning Academy reserves all legal rights and remedies available to protect its intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:
